Rebecca Joey Schwab is a Chicago-based stand-up comic and producer who is, in her words, very Jewish. She has performed at Zanies, Stand Up NY, Laugh Factory, St. Marks Comedy Club, Cheshire Cat Comedy, and the Windy City Comedy Festival. A founding producer of the Windy City Comedy Festival—one of Chicago’s largest stand-up festivals—Rebecca is also a marketing powerhouse with over a decade of experience across comedy, events, and nonprofits. She tours nationwide bringing the kind of Chutzpah she was born with—much to her parents’ dismay.

Rebecca was named one of the 36 Under 36 in Jewish Chicago in 2021 for her important contributions to the community. Now, Rebecca is working hard to create a Jewish comedy scene in Chicago (and beyond!)
